This project consists of renovations to the existing winery and additions.  The project includes all new process and domestic waste systems with a unique wet lands that has been constructed as part of the process waste treatment system.  The old domestic waste mound system was removed and replaced with a modern septic system. The renovations/additions consist of a new tasting room, new restrooms, two screened pavilions, a commercial kitchen, pantry and scullery. A new steel entry trellis is also being constructed with integrated solar panels.

Construction of a new 10,000 sq.ft. Hospitality building featuring a two story event space with a open truss and T&G wood ceiling, with plaster walls.  It also includes a section that contains bathrooms, a commercial kitchen, and offices. Tasting room modifications inclusive of new tasting bar assembly and outdoor veranda casework package. Short time frame due to limited shut down window for tours and tastings. Work was completed in 24 hour shifts to achieve the owners goals of a two week turn around.

 

Modifications to enhance the tasting room experience. Work included an installation of new La Cantina Doors (bi-fold glass doors) to bring the Napa Valley indoor / outdoor experience to it's visitors. Balance of work was inclusive of hospitality upgrades around the property - bathroom upgrades, outdoor tasting center upgrades.

 

Major structural upgrades combining the use of steel, wood, and concrete to open the entire south side of the home. After the new main frame structures are in place the vast majority of the wall area is then enclosed with a full glazing system combining window and door systems. The new deck assembly will look directly over the Silverado Country Club Fairway.

 

This Jackson Family Investment Property - is a historic winery structure located just above Angwin. The project consisted of voluntary structural upgrades, full stone re-pointing, window and door refurbishment, roof re-build and new roof assemblies. This work brought new life into this jewel of the building.

 

After much scrutiny and debate - This new retail and office space is well under way- Built on the site of historical white gas station, its iconic location is a big part of St. Helena. The project is a new ground up 5,689 sq.ft. two story building shell, wood framed construction with brick exterior. BTC is very proud to be the selected General Contractor for this exciting new St. Helena Project.
