Aldea Children & Family Services of Napa

Interior improvements to existing 10,000 sqft two story office. The interior improvements created Aldea's main operations consisting of offices, conference rms and upgrade of restroom facilities to accommodate ADA requirements. This project was completed in 2 1/2 months ahead of schedule and under original budget.

Allen Ewig Building

1850 SSA Improvements

Social Security Office improvements included interior build out of office space and other improvements to accommodate the social securities offices. These improvements include specialized reception counter areas with inter connected security functions, interior office accommodations and special electrical and communication services as required by the government.

Vandenburgh Dental

Conversion of a cold building shell into a 6 station dental office. This office included all plumbing, electrical and specialty systems to accommodate dental chairs and work stations. Included general offices, sterilization rms and lab facility.
