Healthquest Fitness Center
Addition and remodel to existing health club facility. The addition is a 12,180 sqft two story addition. The additional will provide a new women's locker room, three new studio spaces (yoga, spin and Aerobics) and additional cardio space. The addition will be constructed of red iron main frame with steel deck roof and second floor. Adjustments interior layout at entry to allow for new juice bar and other areas to make additional office accomodations. The remodel of the exiting facility will be a complete upgrade of interior finishes. The existing space will receive an exterior facelift and new entry fascade. Sitework will include new utilities for addition requirements and overlay of existing parking structure. This work will be completed while the club continues to operate.
St John's the Baptist Catholic Church Sanctuary Remodel
The main feature and focal point of this modification was the rebuild of the Sanctuary platforms allowing for the installation of a walk in baptismal pool, stone font and structural wall supporting a 35' high glass art wall. Additional upgrades included wood inlays into existing travertine, decorative interior slate wall assemblies and creation of new work spaces inside the church. Upgrades to the HVAC, sound and lighting systems to better service the church were also completed.
Tulocay Cemetery Mortuary
New full service mortuary facility located at Tulocay Cemetery Napa CA. This facility includes embalmings, arrangement and selection areas for funeral service requirements, visitation and chapel as well as indoor and outdoor reception facilities. This structure is a 14,500 sqft single level structure wood framed, slab on grade construction. Site work included extensive hard rock removal and soils preparation. All storm drainage water will be recycled and reused as landscape irrigation collected in under ground Atlantis rain tank systems. Bruce Tucker Construction completed foundation, framing and finish on the project with it's own forces.
Gordon Huether Art Studio
Project included remodel of the interior of the existing metal building to create the new art studio. Also included with these improvements were new mezzanine assemblies for the office and storage areas, interior shop area housing sand blast, enameling, kiln, wood and metal shop rooms. All utilities: fire, water, and power services were upgraded.
