This facility was completed for Chef Thomas Keller and is to be used to train the USA cooking team.

Harvest Inn - Phase II Room Modernization

Complete demolition and rebuild of the existing restrooms. Includes remodeling the rooms to add showers to the restrooms. All new plumbing and electrical. Includes new natural stone showers and floors, new vanities (built by BTC), new countertops, doors, wood trim and painting. A total of 54 bathrooms will be remodeled. New spa facility for the Harvest Inn. Includes four separate buildings. Includes a fitness center, four treatment rooms, showers, bathrooms, changing rooms and a reception/retail center. The spa includes a infrared sauna, a steam rooms, and a large outdoor spa.
